AA Breakdown Repair cover. Is it legal?

    i recently took out cover with the breakdown repair just to let you know they have been excellent. Gave me a new battery, new water pump with £65 excess plus £24 monthly cover for both jobs worth £430 parts and labour my 2nd claim. Act like you don't know anything and they will pay out more you tell them u know what the problem is the more likely they will reject your claim.

    I had pre existing faults repaired by the AA without a service in the last 12 months. Also, I got a courtesy car for 72 hours all paid.
