Just an observation.

I have worked with the types of software that the bpa are likely to be using to monitor open source such as mse. The reports are generated automatically when the software gets hits on the key words, which in this case will be the names of the parking companies.

The software produces a list of hits, basically it just copies and pastes the posts onto a report usually in a grid type layout.

It would be very easy to simply quickly scroll down the page of hits to and disregard any hits from this thread as the very long list would be very easy to spot.

It would be much harder for them to distinguish between positings that were genuine and posts that werent, thus causing them more work if just one name was included in shorter paragraphs. The more similar in length postings are, the more they will have to actually trawl through them, postings of lists will increase the hits but it will be very simple and quick to disregard them because they are instantly recognisable as long lists if that makes sense.

To try and illustrate my point, if you scroll up and down the pages in this thread quickly, you can pick out posts which don't contain the list easily, even scrolling at speed because the list postings are very very similar if not almost completely identical.

But you have to stop and read the non list posts to see what they say, if the shorter non list posts contained one or two of the names from the list they would still hit but the bpa would have to spend time reading the content. They would find it much more time consuming to read through.
