    Wow.

    So no pictures...its 2 bed advertised as 3 ...

I'd get a new EA for a start! + why isn't it on rightmove? It should be the first place EA should of put it...or at least prime location.
People don't know what they want until you show them.

Well Peter Alan seems to have some idea how to sell houses. Like photos and basic decent description. Why detail the Artex ceiling in every room when you are hoping they will not spot it?

You know the area better than we do, are the properties linked above in better or worse areas?

Some of those look like they have given a quick lick of paint and some laminate flooring in preparation for sale?

Removing the skylight in the third bedroom was a mistake and yours would really benefit from a pot of exterior paint and plain nets that fitted the window.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

each room in there has just been redecorated , inc new flooring etc. outside was painted less than 6 months ago and has gone like that due to the dorma window having issues and having to have that fixed.

But no-one can see all that work or the new kitchen etc because there are no pictures, are there? So it is a waste of time and money.

Ask you agents to show you the rightmove page for your property and tell them that their descriptions are DIRE.
