    To Halude, you did start it with your #1 comment, help is given to those who are classed as fuel poor, the situation is getting more severe for fuel poor households each time the price rises.
    it annoys me that everything is given to people on benefits and not to the people who aren't and are working towards a better life for themselves

    - these Islands will never be fair
    - while the greed of those who can afford
    - deny those who can not afford the help they need

    This nation under this governance practices 'from each according to his inability, to each according to his greed.

    Have a look at the energy savings trust website - they can sometimes identify where there are deals.

    i have got ,loft,and wall insulation,and boiler fitted ,as you say for free,i hve MS unable to work,Id love to be able to work and pay for these things,,SORRY FOR BEING ILL
