What story have I made up?
I have stated facts- You are confrontational - in every thread you have started on this forum, every time someone has contradicted your (unbelieveable) stories you confront them.
- You have anger issues - in at least 2 of your threads you have lost your temper and abused other posters for no reason, resulting in your posts being deleted by the Forum Team.
- You result to swearing - you might try to hide it by doing it in French, but many of us are bilingual and can understand what you are saying.

3) problems with unhelpful call-centres == THE SAME BANK!!!
4) problems with being locked in a bank == THE SAME BANK!!!
5) problems with your complaints not being taken seriously == THE SAME BANK!!!
