What is the right/next procedure when a bank refuse to proceed with my complaint?

  • @Jessica9 you have terrible luck recently:

    -problems with aggressive retailers
    -problems with harassing banks
    -problems with unhelpful call-centres
-problems with being locked in a bank
-problems with your complaints not being taken seriously

There is one thing that is the common denominator to all of these problems, and its not the organisations you have been dealing with.

Plus the issue with the faulty trainers.

Does it remind you of another poster ?

I could be jumping the gun here, its the amount of problems (guess you can call them problems) the OP has had.
  • OP - If you were held against your will why haven't you reported the matter to the police?

I really don't know what you expect the bank or financial ombudsman to do about a complaint of a criminal nature.

To be blunt, I really wonder about your mental health because your posts (on this thread and others) are not rational.
Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!

Ha ha ha....and some people dare in this forum to tell me that it is me who have 'mental health' problem....:rotfl:

    ===>
    1) problems with aggressive retailers
    2) problems with harassing banks == THE SAME BANK!!!
    3) problems with unhelpful call-centres == THE SAME BANK!!!
    4) problems with being locked in a bank == THE SAME BANK!!!
    5) problems with your complaints not being taken seriously == THE SAME BANK!!!

    Bande de c....:rotfl:

Yes, I am a rational person.

I am struggling to comprehend a circumstance in which I bank manager would lock a customer into a room against their will and I suspect that you are a troll or an attention seeker and have made the story up....in either case I think you may have mental health issues.

:T You are certainly a rational stupid person...

I insult me : I give you the change!

    P?!#re con!

This post sums up why the OP has so many problems with people she is extremely confrontational and would appear to have anger management issues.

The minute someone says something she doesn't like she resorts to abusive language.

    Post reported for swearing.

My username is Jessica not Jesus...

    Certainly another 'rational' xxx....:rotfl:

PS : Negation (your culture) can equally consider (by honest person) as an insult.
