Edinburgh to Lanazarote 2nd May 2013 cancelled flight

Just a heads up to anyone who had the misfortune to be on this flight which was delayed and then cancelled and then we ended up leaving from Glasgow 8 and half hours later. We complained to Thomson, they tried to fob us off by blaming Sunwing who were flying on their behalf, we contacted them again and told them it was a Thomson flight number and it was their responsiblilty, they phoned us last week and informed us we would be receiving a cheque within 28 days for a lovely £1032. So please if you were on this flight dont take no for an answer, Im proof you will be compensated.
