    Yes I posted that reply before you'd explained about the address issue on your other thread.
    As replied on there that is very likely the problem, that you were failing their attempts to verify your identity, which understandably was resulting in them deciding not to open an account.

    could this be the case, even if Experian is up-to-date but Equifax is not?
