    Hi Rags,

I'm sure you will.. you just have to put the effort in..:rotfl:

Have another update, postman finally arrived at 4pm... obviously splashing in the puddles on the way...!! Brought 3 dmp related letters from creditors.. most confused over 2 of them as they contradict each other, think I will just wait until I get word from SC as to what's what... on the upside it looks like Natwest may be playing ball with all 3 of my debts.. (they are the biggest creditor..)... fingers crossed....:D

Absolutely freezing am going to have to put heating on for a wee while... and then off to cook dinner.. maybe i'll just hug the oven instead....:rotfl:

A cheeky mid week day off.. lovely, I should do it more often....:D

Went out to the cash & carry with a friend and have come home with enough toilet rolls to last until at least christmas...!!! Bargain buy 24 get 24 free..... so £13 for 48 toilet rolls... my daughter just laughed at me... :rotfl: also a whizz to Asda and Co-op... small spends in both.. so lots of shop.gif...

Was invited to go out again next Friday for a meal, sadly though I would have had to pay for myself (no mother..) so I have declined as its not the right side of payday and I don't want to ruin my budget/bank account in the first month of trying...

Up to £7.90 on one poll....:T

Postman brought loads today... oh his poor back.. only 1 debt related item and that was just another confusing letter from Natwest, I don't think the left arm and right arm know what they are doing, so I'm going to ignore it and i'm sure it will all sort itself out.. failing that I shall...hiding.gif

No domestic goddess duties today, can't be bothered if i'm honest.. I'm being lazy....................

I wouldn't worry about no housework, I point blank refuse to do anything on a Friday night :rotfl:

I'm up to £25.95 on onepoll, and I've started back on Swagbucks. Just realised that last Christmas I had saved up over £100 in Amazon/Swagbucks vouchers, bought loads of Christmas presents with them. This year, zilch so far :o My new challenge is to start making more of an effort :)
Can't think of anything smart to put here...
  • £6.35 on Onpoll :) out of six surveys i qualified for one lol :( ah well x

    Happy weekend....:D

So I've done the HSwash.gif and the HS3vacuumsm.gif, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen.. and now i'm tired.. Woke up this morning with a cough and got a pain in my chest.. boo..... Still I woke up so that's always a positive...:D

So last night went out with mother.. a few drinks in a rather uninspiring pub followed by a meal in the oddest restaurant.. The food ws okay but don't think I'll be a frequent visitor...... She paid though so my spends came to £18 after a round in the pub and a taxi home.... That's it for social this month..

Little dilema ..headscratcher.gif received a second cheque for £100 from mortgage company today... uumm the temptation to bank it, is quite strong but then again.. I'm quite an honest person and even if it cashed I think I would feel too guilty to enjoy spending it.. will have a think about that one...;)

Zepsgal and Rags, I find logging onto One poll numerous times a day.. ie whenever I'm in front of pc or on kindle the best way to catch the surveys.. although I'm fully aware that not everyone has the time or the inclination to do this.... Well I don't either actually but I do like the cash when it finally arrives....

Did the food shop.gif yesterday, my local Tesco has just introduced the shop and scan so I tested it out.. only downside is when I get home I have to scan it all again for my 'shop and scan' website... I am an expert at scanning and will be fully qualified to work in a supermarket if needs be... Came in under budget again but that was only as I had a £10 off £70 spend... did purchase a few YS (yellow stickered/reduced to clear) items for the freezer though...

So rest of today.. going to pop to local town for a few bits I couldn't locate yesterday and to get some fresh air.. then I may have to have a little lie down in . bed.gif..

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend.
    Love Puzz. x

I'm back.. not fixed but better than I was... What a weekend...

So a long story short.. 3 years ago I was taken to hospital after I collapsed with heart pains, not a heart attack but caused by acid reflux which in turn was caused by a 6 week course of antibiotics mixed with ibuprofen.. this had caused a hole in my stomach lining and so the acid came upwards.. incredible painful... so for 3 years I have been taking medication to prevent this... Roll round to now... I have had the odd small episode since but saturday morning I was minding my own business well doing the HS3vacuumsm.gif etc and then I suddenly felt rather unwell.. the day went on and I became increasing unwell which ended up with me very ill during saturday night.. this time I knew what it was so at least didn't need to ride in an ambulance and self treated at home... I believe the cause was the innocent tomato... of which I ate a large number of on Friday night.... I'm pleased to say that other than feeling very tired and now having a head%20cold.gif I am feeling a lot better and am resting up for a few days......

So another good reason not to go out socially I think....!!!!

On the upside I'm now on £9.60 with one poll....

No other money related chatter.. postie been nothing exciting today... Got to check bank account in a minute, should all be ok....

Payday is now 9 days away......:D

Was planning on doing some christmas shopping at the weekend oh well I shall hopefully start next week instead....

Have also been toying with starting up my mystery shopping again, just on a small scale, I used to do lots of it for about 3 years, I'm thinking just a couple a month.. will keep you posted.....
