VIRGIN MOBILE contract phone - new charges

I've bee in a 2 year contract with virgin mobile for the last 19 months.
This month they have decided to put my bill up.

When i phoned them they tell me it inflation (all mobile phone companies have raised there bills) and they sent me an email back in July. (which i have never seen).
Can they really charge more halfway through the contract?
or do i have the right to terminate it with 5 months to go.

Any advice please.

    All providers do this.
If they have not breached the T&C in any way then you can't cancel.

If they did fail to give you a notice then you do stand a chance to cancel, but don't expect that they will give in easily.

It's not a fixed price contract, so they can raise prices at any time they like (the day after your contract commences, if they want).
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
