3 Mobile Cancellation

Hi,

Im just after a bit of advice.
I currently have a 3 mobile contract, which is an 18 month contract. The contract term is due to end on the 31st July.
I have been trying to give notice of my wisht to cancel and it seems they seem to be making it very difficult for me.

Can anyone just confirm.... when giving your cancellation notice for a mobile. Can you give it 30days in advance of you term ending or does it have to be 30 days after the end of the term.
I'm getting stressed and confused about it.
3 are a pain in the bum and have to say I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

Thanks
Cheryl

    Ok.... no probs. That's great.
    That's what I thought!!!
I sent them another letter the other day and have requested it again so that's fine.

They have actually had slightly more than 30 days. I will however send another letter in a couple of weeks just to confirm it.
    Thanks very much.

It's OK to give them the notice 6/7 weeks earlier. Thats what I do.

    Nice one.
I will wait for the letter to come through to confirm it. Fingers crossed it is all sorted.
