****Sharon140** Sky's customer service is rubbish, I've just spent over an hour with their I.M trying to find out how to contact their broadband team by email or 01/ 02 phone number--They could not manage this simple question, they kept trying to force an expensive 084 number upon me, even my reminding them that I could instead ask for a MAC number to go to plusnet or make a formal complaint about their incompitence did not help0
