Astra's don't have heated rear windows?????

As per previous threads I'm looking for a nearly new car.

After much homework and threads on here top of my shortlist was an Astra elite, auto, petrol, max 2 yrs old, budget £12k.

I test drove an SE yesterday, loved it and thought right an astra it definently is.

However, today its occurred to me than none of the astra's on autotrader list heated rear windows - even in the elite which does have heated seats!!

I just assumed heated rear windows were standard so I've never looked for it - how it it possible to live without it on those days when all the car windows are frozen up!!!

Please someone tell me I am being thick and am wrong!!

They may not list it, as its standard.

I'M 99.9% certain it will have one. Just give a Vauxhall dealers a call in the morning to confirm.

If you click on the large rear picture of this 2012 Elite, you can see the heated elements (Brown lines) on the rear window.

I agree. I bet it's there they just don't bother to list it.

Does any car made in the last 20 years NOT have one? Evan Lada's had them- kept your hands warm when you were pushing them.

How many cars do you see listed with 4 wheels and tyres?, Headlights, Windows all around, Seats included... etc etc....

Autotrader is not always correct so always check the spec/options of the car you are thinking of buying when you go to see it.
