Looked at a used car yesterday we liked, at Harrats Nissan garage. Wouldnt take any discount at all. Salesman said the cars are priced realistically, not marked up. Cash IS King when you are hoovering up stock from privateers. It's surprising how the sight of a bundle of high denomination notes can still motivate a seller. Twenty years ago it was because few people saw "big money". Nowadays few people even think about cash, never mind see it under their noses.
