Continually having to refresh as computer keeps freezing

Hi, wondering if anyone can offer any advice please.

Over the last couple of weeks my screen keeps freezing and I am constantly having to refresh. The little circle thing keeps spinning as thought things are loading but nothing happens until its refreshed.

I`m getting really fed up as everything is taking ages to do.

Please does anyone have any suggestions.

Post me a DDS log - should take 2-3 minutes.

Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:

• Double click DDS to run it.
• Click Start
• When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:

1. DDS.txt
   
2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop.

Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)

Uninstall these 6 items:

Ad-Aware Browsing Protection
Ask Toolbar
Ask Toolbar Updater
Bing Bar
Rapport
Spybot - Search & Destroy

Stop drop box autostarting:

• Right-click on the Dropbox icon from your system tray.
  
  
• Click on the gear icon (top right) and select Preferences...
  
• Uncheck Start Dropbox on system startup
  
• Click apply > ok

Then run chkdsk
