    Well I ended yesterday with my £10 in tact. However I had to get some bits from b00ts (joint acc) also picked some bits up from mama and papas, (gift card)

    Yay a no spend day, however I popped into m0thercare to see if they had a nice outfit for a wedding for little man. Well £38 later on clothes and a memory box, (no wedding outfit). Ooops. Now I was going to count this as essential spends as little man needs clothes. However it was a spur of the moment spend (the sort I'm trying to stop) and needs to be counted in this budget. Otherwise I'm just cheating.

    So £38 / £10

    Today I took the little man swimming and when I got to the car park a couple leaving gave me their ticket. :D

    Also needed stamps and got a little treat for me. (Fish sticks :D) - £5.24, and £4.50 of the change is to go in little mans money box.

    So total spends for the week

    £47.74 / £10 :mad:

    Oh yes and any red weeks means I'm eating into my maternity savings.

    Sorry I've been a bit scarce this week - had a busy week at work and it was my Birthday on Wednesday, so have been spoilt by frienss and family!!

    So, my only spends this week were: drinks after the game on Sunday £7 and £5 subs

    But, overall, I have gained money in the form if Birthday gifts and holidays - so a very happy week for me!!

    :hello::hello:Hi ETO

    Well done for being honest, & good luck for finding the perfect baby ETO outfit

    Does baby ETO have his own clothing budget yet? Maybe it'd help you stay focused in the baby shops? ( I wouldn't be able to...diddley clothes these days are sooooo cute ;) )
    Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

    Hi Sazzie :hello:

    He doesn't have a budget I am just buying things as and when. We're putting his child benefit/ family allowance whatever it's called these days into an account for him for when he's older and were just buying his nappies and clothes and paying for groups from our accounts.

    Not sure I'm going to buy him a specific outfit now as he has lots of lush clothes he could wear and it is unlikely he will wear it again as will be too small by Xmas. Nice outfits are between £25-£45 :eek:
