Yes it is only payable that way.

Ive had to put in a claim, ordered last sunday claim put in this monday and its still waiting on them to respond, not impressed

I have had to 'nudge' my claim three times, and it was finally agreed about 10 minutes ago. Don't give up!

Mine book purchase didnt track either, i put in a claim a few days ago and they have paid me today £5 lovely pounds.

Nudged my claim and theyve approved it. Did the same for ohs claim and his is now approved aswell. Claimed both of them. Great deal afterall

No

My OH and daughter both have a TCB account as well as me. So we have three accounts in our household. Mine and my daughter's tracked with no problems but the one for my OH did not, so claim was put in and added to his account.

The Amazon offer was only one per account.
