Mine tracked before the book despatched - it still hasn't yet although I've just had the email.
Maybe you should check it's showing up as a 'visited store' when you put in a 'cashback claim'. My visit was registered before the purchase tracked, which took about 24hrs.0 -

I'm viewing on the mobile ap site, I can't find how you check, maybe you can't check on the mobile site?0 -
Mine hasn't checked either, I've lodged a claim, will see how that goes. I definitely went through TCB in the correct way and they've got the time and date down correctly when I did the claim.0
