I was advised by the TCB rep that if this has not tracked in 48hours you can submit a claim straight away.

It appears you can but its put on ice until the 7 days is up then its released.

I ordered a book on the 20th and received it today. No cashback has tracked yet though :-( Going to wait until 7 days are up and then put in a claim

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a book on the 20th and nothing tracked. The book got delivered today.
