Capital One - no cashback

in Credit cards
I took out one of the new(?) Capital One Aspire World cards for their cashback and lack of exchange rate loading.
Is anyone else finding that, after three months, no cashback has yet been credited to the account?
A couple of messages have merely produced the response, "Oops, we're working on it" but I just wondered how widespread this glitch was.

None has been accrued. OK, after my first query, 1p suddenly appeared online but nothing on the monthly statements.InsideInsurance wrote: »What do you mean credited? As in accrued or actually paid into the account?
They obviously know there's a problem, I just wondered how widespread it was.0 -
Interesting, I've just received my Aspire World card so I'll see if cashback appears as it should on the first statement. I notice they've pulled the card off sale again - I wonder if it's because of this?0

I took mine out in late November and got £100 credited in January (due to spending the required amount). Since then I have been getting the expected amount appearing on my online statement in the "Your account summary" section on the right. I've earned an additional £52.20 so far this year.0

As far as I understand it you will not get anything back until the year is up when they will send you a statement letting you know what you have earned during the year.0

Got mine a month ago and it's been tracking the cash back nicely, so I'd check they've actually put you on the correct card type. Note they no longer seem to offer the Aspire World Mastercard, they've just changed pretty much their entire card range...0

Like I said in Post #1, they are aware of my query and have already acknowledged there is a problem.
I just wondered how widespread it was and whether others had already had it fixed, but clearly not many others are affected.0 -

The vauxhall card is their new world card. The problem with their current lineup is half of it appears to be for average credit history types, and the other half basically for those with lots of history and lots of money! They're completely ignoring the market segment that sits in the middle.Oh, you wee bazza!0
