They are listed in my online area, I will give them a couple of days and speak with them if nothing appears. Thanks for all replies.

I get my interest and 'cashback' in the middle of the month, like clockwork. I think it depends on when, within the month, you opened the account.

There's also a useful panel that appears at the top of your individual online banking page saying how much you have earned both this month, and since the account opened.

Don't worry - it'll come.

Well, yes, well done

Though I doubt people will be confused, as most people seem to be wanting single 123 accounts, which is why I placed the arbitrary "second" nature on the joint account (Santander don't know which is which). Either way, I'm sure most people could have figured out that you can only have one of each!
