Can't open budget planner - help!

Hi all,
am trying to open Martin's buget planner using Open Office (tried MS Works as well) but it tells me the file is password protected (!). Any suggestions?

Click Here to use the online version, it works in the same way as the spreadsheet version. You will need to print it out on completion though.0
