Coke and Cadbury's size change happened a long time ago. I remember Cadbury's reducing their bars 5-6 years back when I worked in retail as it was always a till pricepoint special.

How about expanding food?! Carte D'or ice cream has gone from 900ml to 1 litre.... does anybody know if there has been a price increase? It's currently £3.50 Tesco.

Its probably spurious, as this is a brand that is often discounted / can be found on offer.

Ice-cream manufacturers can afford to be "generous": their secret ingredient (upto 50%) to make the product soft and whippy is in fact air
