Money's a bit tight this month (when isn't it!) but I've got lots of food in, so I find making a plan helps to keep the costs down and use up what we have.

    S - Out for dinner at parent's
    M - Lamb curry with rice (F)
    T - Lasagne (F)
W - Spaghetti with spinach, bacon and Quark NOW - Bacon and mushroom risotto
    T - Fajitas
F - Spaghetti with spinach, bacon and Quark NOW - Spaghetti bolognese
    S - Pizza (F)

All I need to buy is mushrooms, Quark and spinach. I think I'll make some soup for lunches as they weather's cooler, either a carrot and lentil or corn chowder, depending on what's on offer.

Edit - I couldn't get frozen spinach or Quark in the supermarket, so I'll have to change the plan!
  • Need to get back into the habit this week, so starting from today...

S- Moorish pork kebabs with garlic bread
M- Chicken Katsu Curry & rice

W- Potato, leek & bacon soup
    T - Fish pie & veg
    F - Bacon & courgette pasta
    S - Fish, chips & peas
    S - Chicken, cider & chorizo pot
