Why not write a letter... a real letter?so, to keep you all updated, i've called the number that zoob found for me in excess of 30 times since yesterday afternoon, left a few messages and still have yet to receive any form of reply. I’ve been into the bank who have confirmed my suspicions in that filing for a chargeback at this stage would amount to fraud as I did receive the purchased product in the first instance….i’m out of options guys
Unless somebody has a better course of action they can suggest for me I think my next move will be to go to the registered address – stay tuned0
