Payday loan on credit file

Did not once question where an extra £150 from your account, deposited by quick quid came from. As I have said numerous times, it went in when I was paid from work. So I did not realise. I get paid different amounts every month as I work shifts and different hours. I don't understand why this is so hard for you to read?
Presumably spent it and thought it was ok as they had not chased you? I did not do this - you aren't reading what I wrote properly to accuse me of this. Either that or you are just trying to be rude and extremely unhelpful. If it is the latter, please don't comment as I am looking for help, not to be villified by some unknown, unhelpful person.
You did not know £150 extra was in your account? Even though you needed to resort to a PDL application as funds were that tight? I have already answered this question.
I think you may have a job getting the default removed.
I am assuming no one has actually read my initial question as everyone is asking questions based on what I have already answered.0 -
I can't honestly see you getting this removed from your credit file. Could you possibly send a letter recorded delivery to QuickQuid explain the situation that you had been declined online and didn't realise that they had paid you a week later or whenever it was and ask for any copies of e-mails or whatever they sent you requesting payment as you hadn't received anything from them after the decline.
If they do provide evidence that they did then really you have no complaint if they can't then you might have some form of right to complain but I don't really know.
As for not noticing an extra £150 in your account I to work shifts and get paid different amounts every month but I still compare my payslip to what has been placed in my account if anything shift work should make you pay even closer attention to your bank account.0 -

Now I chweck my statements all the time. I just trusted who I worked for at the time so didn't ever do it. I know, you learn from your mistakes. I will send them a letter and see what they say. Thanks0 -
I have read it, but I think you'll struggle to argue you did not notice an extra £150 which you then spent. Especially if money was tight.
So I would not go in guns a blazing with them, you applied for the loan and took the money as far as the paper trail is concerned. Which makes the default legit.0 -

Money was not tight when the loan went into my bank. It was tight when I applied for it the week previous as I had many bills that I did not account for, like car breaking down etc. This is the point I am trying to make, I had no idea it was in there and I had absolutely no communication from them to even tell me they had paid into my account. I had no communication to chase payment when I didn't make one, I have had the same phone number both landline and mobile for 8 years so they could have contacted me should they have tried. I have a voicemail facility on the phone so they could have left a voicemail if they wanted to. I have no idea why they didn't try to call me, hence me not knowing until I applied for my credit file after being rejected for a credit card. I know I should have checked my wage details and that, I understand this was an error on my part but I didn't and now I am in this situation and I am struggling to get out of it for one simple mistake I made ny not checking my statements.0
