    I would guess that they see this has a tax deductable service. The government allow a percentage of your yearly income to be tax deductable so the fees they would normally charge can be returned as a donation to charity. Then of course you as a user of this service also donate to a charity. All in all the charities gain some extra income and the solicitors grab back a chunk of the money they would have paid in Tax. Cynical maybe but its the only reason I can think of has I dont believe solicitors are philanthropic :)
