Switching tariffs online

Does anyone know if it's possible to change tariff online (with o2) or do i have to go to the den of high pressure sales (O2 Shop) to do it?

Generally I think the O2 site is craap, you can't check when you're contract ends, or what other tariffs are available (they're all online deals).

Currently my monthly bill is about £25-27, and about £20 of that is service charge without VAT, so i am on the look out for something cheaper.

Any ideas?

It depends on how do you previously get your O2 contracts from, whether it is Online or High Street Deal.

Check the latest tariff from http://www.o2.co.uk/mobilestariffs/tariffs and give them a call at http://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/contactus/paymonthly

Cheers, I can't help but think I would be better off with PAYG, but i cannot be arsed with the number change etc. Sneaky barstards won't let you take a pay monthly number to a PAYG, funny that!

If your contract is going expired, talk to the retentions that you found 12 months free line rental for 200 mins and 250 texts free for whole year in e2save.

Got them on one of my contract but it doesn't come with free handset though :T
