Other Art Fair Ticket Giveaway

Hi there!
I was super excited to see the Other Art Fair ticket giveaway in the newsletter last week and popped a calendar reminder on my phone to make sure I applied at 3pm when the link went live.
First off, the link didn't work for the first hour or so - there were quite a few tweets about this, but all happy in the end and I was able to apply.
Because of this technical issue (and the fact that I was monitoring on Twitter), I'm pretty sure I was one of the first few hundred to go for this. According to the instructions on the site, I would have been emailed my printable tickets 24 hours after applying if I was one of the first 1000. I still haven't received anything.
Could you shed any light on this? I thought possibly the site meant 24 hours after it expired on Monday, but I still haven't had my tickets.
Has any one else had this problem? Many thanks for your help!
