Besides Sky Atlantic what other channels can't I get on VMware

If I can get VM, I will be losing my fav Sky channel which shows tv programmes I love - Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire etc. If I want to see these, I wait til the DVD is released and rent them on lovefilm.

I am wondering what other channels are not included in any VM package.

Virgin AFAIK are not extending their cable network anywhere, its too expensive for them. The may add a few extra properties now and again. Our estate has all the conduits and street furniature but never got around to cabling it.
It would not be economic as anyone wanting multichannel subscription TV will have has Sky installed.
I fail to see that Virgin would be much cheaper than Sky, are you comparing apples?
Basic Sky would be £21.50. £7.50 for broadband and talk and 14.50 line rental i.e. £43.50.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Certainly, Virgin has far fewer HD channels available than Sky. The MGM movie channel is also absent from their line-up.

I think, other than Sky Atlantic which you mention, the line-up is broadly similar to Sky.

I think it's generally acknowledged that Virgin's Broadband is superior to Sky's offering, so you're right it comparing apples with pears.

It's faster but these days it's not really better. I'd personally go for Sky Fibre over Virgin but of course not every Sky customer can get fibre.
