  • I buy the Lidl one specifically because it doesn't have palm oil in it
  • I've just been in Sheffield B&M and saw they had Kernel King Smooth for 59p (sorry no idea on jar size) - so maybe ask the SA at your local store about stocks?
  • I've tried all the B&M nearby and none have it anymore. The Sales Assistants haven't been too helpful either!
  • I also vote for Tesco everyday value at 62p and as the shelf is often almost empty I think many others do too.

MKennedy? where do you buy that?
    Lidl.

I quite like the Asda SmartPrice. It's gone from a glass jar to a plastic one, and it was looking a bit grey for a while, but it's now back to its usual self. Compared to others I've tried its a little greasier/thinner, but has more nuts than Asda standard.

62p for 340g - same as the other value brands.

I personally prefer Tesco's value one to any other one, 62p for 340g, and I believe the one in Asda is the same.

Yes, at the time of writing, ASDA SmartPrice PB is also 62p for 340g.

However, I suspect that the recipe has changed recently. It disappeared from the shelves for a while and when it re-appeared it was a different colour and very oily.

I've now switched to the Tesco Everyday Value stuff.

    Well done again, ASDA.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

Palm oil plantations are devastating the rain forests and wiping out orangutans, amongst others.

  • Most supermarket peanut butters contain palm oil and are extremely unhealthy as well as being unethical. Try Meridian Natural Peanut Butter from H&B. No added sugar or salt either.
I don't eat Peanut butter but Meridian almond and hazelnut butters are the best and buy 1 get 1 half price atm :T

I actually think that the Tesco everyday value one is nice. They only do crunchy though.

Another vote for Tesco Everyday Value Peanut Butter :)
