I have just taken out a new policy with Admiral (which I discover has 2 other companies in the same building). When I downloaded the documents I discovered it was 10 months not a year. When I queried this, they said it was 'as requested' and it would cost an extra £74 to change it to a 12 month policy. I did not ask for a…

The problem is more automated forms and comparison sites, some of which won't allow you an ncd that is older than your license. When I clicked through from go compare to Sheilas Wheels and added the extra year it accepted it but actually raised the price by £150.
