How can I claim compensation if I an unsure who the airline was.

Hi
My family and I (total of 5) were delayed when we went on a cruise in March 2005. We arrived at the airport and at check in we were handed a letter by the travel rep informing us that the flight was delayed by 4 hours due to a fault on the plane. We had to wait for a new plane to be brought in. The flight ended up being I think delayed by 5 hours. I would obviously like to try and claim compensation for this but I can't remember which airline we flew with. The flight was from Manchester airport in March 2005 and was part of a package deal we booked with Ocean Village cruises, flying to Barbados. Ocean Village is no more so I can't contact them. Does anyone please know of any way I can find out which airline we flew with as this could get us a couple of thousand in compensation. Many thanks for your time.

READ the FAQs...you will see lots of guidance that you could use if you have a flight that was delayed within the last 6 years
Looking at MAN - BGI flights for March 2005 it is likely your flight was JN852 on the 18th which was Excel Airways which is Bust so no claim anyway (even within 6 years)0 -
I cant remember the airline because it was 8 years ago and I have flown on dozens of other airlines since then0

no point in worrying about who the airline was as you are out of time to make a claim (as per my other post it seems likely your airline was Excel who went bust)I cant remember the airline because it was 8 years ago and I have flown on dozens of other airlines since then
If you had read the FAQs before posting you would have been able to both identify the flight and know you were too late to claim0
