How do I stop Vodafone sending me texts
Options
I ported my PAYG number from Vodafone to T Mobile but keep getting marketing texts from them WRT PAYG deals.
I have e mailed them 4 times and spoken to a supervisor at their CS dept.
I have been told to do and tried the following from my T Mobile phone that has the afflicted number.
Reply with STOP - I cannot reply to these messages as there is no number to reply to
Send a text saying STOPALL to 9770 - These texts cannot be sent as the number cannot be recognised.
Thanks

Hi HugoSP
Working for Vodafone, I can tell you it is quite simple to stop the messages, as all we have to do is remove your number from our marketing list.
You can either go into store to do it, call 191, or if you go to the Contact Us section of the Vodafone website, you can send us an email. If you include FIT135 in the body of the text, it will be picked up by a team who can help.0 -
Thanks Faza
I'm sorry if this sounds a little blunt but it has to be said IMO
Unfortunately 3 e mails were sent to Voda to get my number removed with no effect.
I have since spoken to a manager at one of the call centres who has resolved it. I did receive one more message but that was all.
Thanks for all your responses
