Thanks for the list this week Dusty

  • Afternoon all,

Been scrubbing elsewhere for 4 hours this morning as paid work, got home at 2 and have scarfed last night's leftover spag bol as though I'd never been fed.

I am having a coffee, a shower and trying to garner some energy before leaving to collect DS2 in an hour -- it doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get at the mo, I am permanently pooped out.

Once home I need to bake a Victoria sponge for DH's birthday, he's 49 today _party_ then hopefully get the last few rounds of his sock knitted so I can throw them in with his presents. I cast these on in the Isle of Wight in August 2011
  • Hubby has sorted out the manky looking fish tank and put up a mirror I bought over 5 years ago and some new coat hooks and will be doing the last school run.

I have done the dilies and sorted washing and hoovered all downstairs ready to mop later. I have also moved the bread in as it was on a cold outside wall and I think it's why our bread goes mouldy quick. Have done 2 school runs but no studying yet and I have no idea what's for tea yet either.
Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T

Ahhhhgggggghhhhh. Have just written 109 words of my new opening (for the Challenge novel), only to discover that I'd done another new opening a few months ago, of 999 words. And they're not compatible. GGGGrrrrrrrr. Wasted mental energy and creativity.
    Better is good enough.
