    It's one of the jars that Swartz (sp?) do. It can be bought in bigger tubs in the states but I haven't seen any over here. HTH

    get yerself down to a west indian grocers, I have a tub of Dunns river cajun spice and it is delicious, knocks spots off the schwartz stuff.

  • Tap lady, found a link to the schwartz website for season all, it lists the ingredients, but not in quantities. You could try blending your own??

    no such thing near me , i live in the worcestershire countryside! but thanks i will look out for some cajun spice as most Old stylers seem to reckon thats the best! :T

  • I use the same, otherwise "jamaican jerk" by swartz but I do like the cajun seasoning and the season-all. I put a little oil in the tray and just sprinkle the seasoning over the wedges. I realy should experiment at mixing my own though.

    I managed to get some season all but i must say we werent too keen on it when i tried it but i will try cajun next to see how that goes! ;)

    You can buy a mix but I often just experiment buy putting different stuff on them.
    I like salt and pepper, garlic and chilli powder.

    I cut a potato into wedges, parboil, then drain.

    Put the wedges into a container with lid, add either low fat cooking spray or oil and spices of your choice (I particularly like chilli powder/paprika/garlic salt). Close lid, shake container well until wedges fully coated.

    Spread wedges out on a baking tray and cook in oven for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked.

    Yummy!
