thanks for that ! if i cant find it i can have a go myself!Do what you love :happyhear0 -
I use the same, otherwise "jamaican jerk" by swartz but I do like the cajun seasoning and the season-all. I put a little oil in the tray and just sprinkle the seasoning over the wedges. I realy should experiment at mixing my own though.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0

I mean the flavoured ones
is it a bought mix or can I do home made ones?0 -
You can buy a mix but I often just experiment buy putting different stuff on them.
I like salt and pepper, garlic and chilli powder.0 -
I cut a potato into wedges, parboil, then drain.
Put the wedges into a container with lid, add either low fat cooking spray or oil and spices of your choice (I particularly like chilli powder/paprika/garlic salt). Close lid, shake container well until wedges fully coated.
Spread wedges out on a baking tray and cook in oven for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked.
Yummy!:heart2: Tabs :heart2:
