I have been trying to claim for a flight delay from july 12 but the flight stats are completely wrong and change from british summertime to gmt .........meaning the flight really landed in spain two hours later than their stats.
Don't know how to prove it either, but it cost me several hundred pounds to buy another connecting flight as I missed the earlier one.

Might be answering too late but all official flight stats worldwide are in gmt regardless of country of origin. Its your tickets and passenger flight departure time which is in bst. Just convert your arrival time to bst to get delay length. Tbh anyone working in aviation law will know to do this but a little note to nudge them might help.
Took my daughter a long time to get her head round foriegn departure times when she started flying so we had to by her a dual faced watch. On for gmt and one for local/bst.
