I've had an email today after nearly 2 weeks of chasing, they wanted me to send my receipts from a month ago, which I said I'd look for them. But I also suggested to Terri that if she spoke to the App development team that when you scan a receipt within the app that it saves it to your photos rather than just sending it to them. She has said she has forwarded that on and manually checked my cash back items and all were present and correct and I will be paid next week.

    Thanks Dexter
so they can locate the receipts.I keep getting emails saying i have missed out on cashback but how on earth are you supposed to know on which receipt.:rotfl:

This was the label. It was on the side of a bin full of loo roll. Very confusing.

Dunno if we actually were owed a DTD after looking at it? Hmm. Oh well!

The smaller packs are on the deal....
Guess you got a bargain :T

The Velvet 24 pack. This was in Gillingh@m (extra) store.

Yep I got 3x this morning, not on sale, no price, stacked on top of the loo roll section. This went out in MSE newsletter and is national @ £5.

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.
  • Didn't find much in my local.
    Got the free pizzas :D
Used a £1.50 off ready meals which got sent to me. Bought two cheap half ready meals.
Couldn't find the cheap loo roll.
But did get a 9pk for £1.99 which seems decent.
  • Isn't it arrival times that matter?
Delays must be over three hours to claim compensation

Compensation for delays is only due on flights arriving over three hours or more late. How long the delay is determines how much you could be entitled to. If the delay is two hours or more you could be due expenses at the airport for food, etc.
Crucially, this is a straight rule. It's about when you arrive, not when you leave. So if you’re on a flight that takes off 4 hours late but arrives 2 hours 55 minutes late, you’re not over the 3-hour delay needed to be eligible for compensation.

It is the arrival time that counts. We were 26 hours late.

The plane turned round after 4 hours - the pilot did not want to but was ordered to by ops.

Fairclaire how is DS2 doing at school?

My young lad really enjoying it but the help he needs to get ready (I am trying to 'facilitate' and enable him to do it but omg .....) He has already lost 2 locker keys and 2 packed lunch boxes (which we got back after marching him back twice ..).

He has a 2 week timetable and whilst he is using his student planner homework spreads over 3 pages - not helped when he doesn't write one in. Everyday the rigmarole of have you sorted your bag for what you need to day ... Last week he did his first food tech and popped his red berry fruit salad container in his rucksack with books and coat instead of the separate plastic bag I'd given him. He was surprised when the stuff leaked all over his bag, books and coat :o.

I am hopeful DD will be better at it when she goes in 2 years.

School say he is doing well - I am frazzled. Loved reading about your DS chronology line.

Not too bad thanks Morgy. Struggling a bit with a few things. I had to go in and read the riot act a bit because he uses a laptop instead of writing and it hadn't been sorted out for him. I got the usual blah blah about it taking time. I told them they'd had the whole summer to sort it. Anyway, it more or less sorted now and he's got the use of a laptop for most classes.

We're on a 2 week timetable too. Missing items here so far are a PE top £20 :( and a pullover £30 :(:( We've also had a fruit shoot spill inside the bag, all over his books and a munch bunch squashem explosion :D

Oh thanks for the reminder about lockers. I paid £20  for a locker in the first week and Ive heard no more about it. I must enquire about it today.

Glad to hear your DS is enjoying it :)
  • Afternoon all
has anyone had any cashback from MSL lately or had any queries answered?:)

I havent had a single penny from them, done loads of shops, but totally given up hope now, i am still waiting on the coke payout when it was glitching against morribobs in August. :(
Have emailed them loads of time but not had a reply for about 2 weeks either.
