    Xmas Saver!
I've got a question about the Quiz?
HOW do you all complete it so quickly - do you have your monitor set to something different to me - 1600x900? It just takes forever to see all 10 questions. I don't think I'm THAT slow, however, maybe I am?
Keep forgetting to do, unless I see a link on here.

Scrolling wheel on the mouse, read and scroll at the same time as moving the curser to the right answer all at the same time as making sure you read the question correctly, remember the obscure answer about baseball/country&western/US state capitals from last time you got it wrong and hope that you have a decent internet connection at the moment you hit submit....

Smashing TM! How much is the mag?

Had a productive morning at Ts! 8 pack of thirst pockets kitchen roll marked up at 3.25 each. Also part of a 3 for £5 promo going on at Ts on various dettol, fairy and thirst pocket products until 24/09. So we load up with three lots of the 8 thirst pockets. Thinking 24 rolls for a fiver? Brilliant. Then I told my mum about DTD if it didn't come off at the till. It didn't. 9.50 refund on a 9.75 spend :D my first DTD!

I also took a pic of the shelf edge. The guy on CS was very impressed. DTD without even having to ask for it.

was the SEL advertising 3 for £5 on the 8 pack instore?
only the 2 pack showing in the offer on msm

    Hi Everyone,

Not been on for a while but have been lurking occasionally.

Managed to get Toilet rolls today. SEL was £14.00 but scanning at £5. Also got beer for 3 for £22.00 as signs still up. Missed a DTD opportunity but hey I'm happy with what I got.

Managed to get a bargain with some foundation. Don't know if its been mentioned before but dream matt mousse for £1.49. Its only one shade which is No. 48 which is sun beige. But guess which one my DD uses :D They are usually £6.00 and all other shades are still that price. SEl states that price and is showing on line. Bargain :T

    One very happy DD :)

Which one is this please ?

has anyone had any cashback from MSL lately or had any queries answered?:)

I've had an email today after nearly 2 weeks of chasing, they wanted me to send my receipts from a month ago, which I said I'd look for them. But I also suggested to Terri that if she spoke to the App development team that when you scan a receipt within the app that it saves it to your photos rather than just sending it to them. She has said she has forwarded that on and manually checked my cash back items and all were present and correct and I will be paid next week.

It was on top of a bin full of the 8 packs. Staff had turned some of the shelf edge labels around on the bin but there was a whole stack of them on top. It might not be in the offer but it sure as anything looked like it was!

    So grounds for a DTD?

Hope you're all as lucky :money:

Fairclaire how is DS2 doing at school?

My young lad really enjoying it but the help he needs to get ready (I am trying to 'facilitate' and enable him to do it but omg .....) He has already lost 2 locker keys and 2 packed lunch boxes (which we got back after marching him back twice ..).

He has a 2 week timetable and whilst he is using his student planner homework spreads over 3 pages - not helped when he doesn't write one in. Everyday the rigmarole of have you sorted your bag for what you need to day ... Last week he did his first food tech and popped his red berry fruit salad container in his rucksack with books and coat instead of the separate plastic bag I'd given him. He was surprised when the stuff leaked all over his bag, books and coat :o.

I am hopeful DD will be better at it when she goes in 2 years.

School say he is doing well - I am frazzled. Loved reading about your DS chronology line.
