Just check whether you can claim in Customer Care, it'll show if your click through to Amazon is recorded, in which case all should be well (but I'd stick a claim in as well). It's under 'Get reading' etc not 'Amazon'.

Small h&m glitch. If using the 25% off one item code (one codes thread and h&m website) if you buy multiples of the same item you get the discount off each one of those items, rather than just the first one.
