  • Afternoon everyone.

Could do with some ebay advice. I sold a set of my dads motorcycle badges at the weekend and they went for over £100:eek:.
Anyway the winner is in India, they've been awkward paying, and now that they have paid via paypal it is under review. They've also asked me to state a cheaper price on the customs report so they avoid taxes.
All in all I've got alarm bells ringing, and hoping paypal refuse it.
If they give the all clear can any one give advice on how to proceed and how to protect myself if this is an unsavoury character.

    Thanks

Back in the dry at last and enjoying a cuppa with a jc or 3 :D

Mildred pleased to see that your son is home and recovering :A (((hugs))) to you both

Is there a techie person here that can offer a suggestion regarding my computer (not throughing it out of the window just yet )

Yesterday there was a message for the administrator to input the password. It wouldn't take any of the passwords I have used on it  DS4 said he didn't put a password on so I turned comp off

Today I pressed the start button but comp won't start up, just a flashing green light on the front of the tower  Screen won't light up either and has an orange light showing on the front.

I'm not techie minded and don't understand technical speak :o and don't know where to start. Helppppppppp please if you can
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Even if Paypal approve the payment I think it could still be reversed later. I personally would refund them if Paypal don't and say something like you don't want to send them abroad. Then relist with postage to UK only so you can then post it tracked.

If any feedback issues just write a clear response.

It's too much money to risk IMO.

Just to say I used to sell a lot on ebay and usually found it's better to be safe than sorry!

I would cancel sale, if it is to India, can you guarantee that it is fully trackable? If not, the goods wont arrive, paypal will refund the buyer and you have lost out. You coudl ask for a bank transfer, which is non refundable, but then they have to trust that you send it to them,.... sorry for typos

Innocent orange juice 75p Cashback. Love that stuff! Hope it's on offer somewhere..
    5 day left

Better scan before buying as it says it's for 1L but the shops sell 900ml and 1.35L.

Did the spend 20£ on cleaning products to get the 7p off fuel.

Sneaked a fivers worth of petrol in to try and get a conditional spend moc, got a 200 points when you buy frankfurters and 600 points when you buy sailor jerry rum ( 20 in S v 15 in T, so nice with a few rustlers:)

Filled up the car, used the 7p off moc then paid the balance with my nectar card, so a tank of discounted free petrol.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

Who updates the first post please would it be Fairclaire?

The price promise info still says you put your receipt in and get the PP back next day and it could be confusing for newbies.
