 My weights dropped by 2 stone and I've barely changed my diet (5:2)
 Cutting down on the amount seems to be working well for me.

            I meant if MSM went down and stayed down for a sustained amount of time.
 What would happen to the APG comparisions if MSM wasn't running?
 APG would say "check back here 6am the morning following your shop" and this thread would be littered by people panicking that A had permanently done away with the 3 hour wait
