    Cannot disagree more, thats such a throwaway comment. Its about calories in vs calories out...if he wants rustlers and has enough calories from his TDEE, then blimmin eat it...

    Cutting down on the amount seems to be working well for me.
    If he was eating rustlers for every meal I'd agree with you but he's not.

    APG would say "check back here 6am the morning following your shop" and this thread would be littered by people panicking that A had permanently done away with the 3 hour wait :p
