    DH just rang me.
Some thieving ghet has pinched his lunch out of the fridge at his work
He's been taking rustlers in so he can nuke them and eat them quickly in his half hour lunch break.
He's got nothing to eat now until he gets home from work :(

I worked in a large office a few years back. The kitchen and fridge were shared by about 40 people. We had a phantom sandwich muncher  sounds funny now but it was :mad:at the time. This person would go through everyone's sandwich boxes etc in the fridge and take 1 bite out of things and then put the stuff back......obviously either thought it was funny or had a serious problem :cool:

How desperate would you have to be to nick someone's food? You'll have to make your DH an extra large dinner!
  • £2.80 for 9 is 31.11p each.
Have you tried Nicky from HB or Farmfoods around £1.99 for 9pk. - 22.11p each
They're good - I buy for hubby but unfortunately I'm irritated by the fragrance (I have an autoimmune disorder). 3 ply. Softer than Andrex, stronger and last much longer

Thanks. I will look out for those next time I'm in.
We lost a whole pk of 6 the other week when the box I keep them in fell into the bath:eek:(which was full of water) DH thought I was mad trying to unravel them before the water soaked all the way through:rotfl::rotfl:
  • Ok, ok smarty pants... I did say I think:rotfl:
I'm sat on the floor trying convince little man he needs a sleep and my list is down stairs:p

    Haha sorry...
  • Tell him you are now going shopping - used to work with mine, all of a sudden they were really tired :D

I wish, he actually likes sitting in the trolley and helping.
    He's now pretending to snore:rotfl:
  • Thanks for your responses, came home instead of shopping(will go later)didnt want to risk everything i was planning to buy being wiped off msl.
I have read on here about checking the number on a receipt to confirm what it is.do you just google it or is there an app

DH could always take another Rustler on another day, but 'doctored' with some industrial-strength laxative (packaging can no doubt be opened then resealed so it's looks like new) - he'll soon know who the thief is. :rotfl:
Not that I'm advocating doing that, of course, but I know it works, from many years ago when living in a communal property. (And I wasn't the 'victim' btw.)

I've heard eye drops can have the same effect :D
I thought next time round I'm gonna make sure there's some chilli snuck in his lunch somehow.
I'm not advocating it either :D

    But £2.80 / 9 rolls is 31p a roll?

If you have the £1 moc for Velvet from A

4 x Velvet Almond Milk Toilet Tissue - 165 Sheets per Roll

    £2.00 v £1.85.

After apg and moc it works out @ 16.5p a roll.

The moc is for 9 pack but still scans against 4 pack ;)
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
  • Nap time not happening....
Bradley I will consult my list....:rotfl:
    Back in a mo:)
