Sorry Bradley - its obviously your choice of how you eat but I can't believe that many egss are doing your system much good. Doesn't sound very balanced to me and, although you are clearly not constipated, 4 or 5 ***** a day is hardly normal either ! Your syste seems to be under a little bit of a strain.

My DS only remembered this morning that he had P E today, and his rugby shirt was in his bag covered in mud from last week, we have been away at the weekend so I completely forgot all about it aswell.

haha its normal for eating 3500 to 4500 calories per day! Like I said, its all about macros, the balance is perfect. But agreed its not for your everyday average person...the looks i get when buying 3 packs of 30 eggs at A is funny!

I need to find the shades 9 pk in a mine doesn't stock the right one!

Not that I'm advocating doing that, of course, but I know it works, from many years ago when living in a communal property. (And I wasn't the 'victim' btw.)

£2.80 for 9 is 31.11p each.
Have you tried Nicky from HB or Farmfoods around £1.99 for 9pk. - 22.11p each
They're good - I buy for hubby but unfortunately I'm irritated by the fragrance (I have an autoimmune disorder). 3 ply. Softer than Andrex, stronger and last much longer
