Hi.:) I'm just examining womble results, then preparing my own shopping, doing the M list and lots of other things.

My attention drawn by one of them to the Curly Kale A vs Waities (not N Ireland) at 75p.:)

Confirmation from another of them that the J2O Orange & Passionfruit 6 can pack (6x250g) compares £3.00 A vs £3.00 M. (Sorry N. Ireland, I am looking at T and S as well though to see if I spot anything!) Elsewhere more expensive.

  • Hey guys. I checked my clubcard online and a tad confused.
I always fill up my car and pay using my tosco credit card. As a £40 spend gets 50 pts (40 for the £40 plus 10 for each £4 spent)

Anyway I didn't get that this time :-/ I used pay at the pump. I didn't think it matter if it was pay at the pump or kiosk instead? And I know I used my credit card as it shows up.

So they haven't credited me the pts I should have got given. Also the receipt paper had ran out on the pump so I went instead and got a receipt, which only showed half the points I expected.

500 CC points if you spend £25 or more on Lego on Mr T Direct.

May be useful if combined with vouchers ...?

  • Might message them asking if double pts on petrol has ended (using your credit card).. Seems odd.

Time to give another discreet heads up about HFP which is Raffles' Blogspot (Raffles is a sometime user here, no link) - I just like the work he puts in plus the occasional ideas team ain't too bad :D

Please don't push this on idiot BBs otherwise the deals will dry up, let's keep it ELITE!

You'll see that there's a slightly better way to work the T petrol stop. MUCH better if you have the right credit cards. http://www.headforpoints.com/2013/06/16/phd-level-avios-which-is-the-best-way-to-collect-avios-when-buying-petrol/

I'm sure they changed it a while back to 1 point for every £2 spent.
I found recently that all I had to do was scan my CC credit card and I still got the bonus point :D
Just checked a receipt from the 8th and I got 40 points on a £40 spend (but I'm on a really old CC rate of 1 point per £2 not 1 per £4).
