To qualify, you’ll need at least 10 different items, including one comparable grocery item in your basket.

Ah, thanks Wackynut - so my edible sides did count as part of the 10 minimum then, even though I didn't get 50p back each?

Thought so. Plenty of people have tested 9 items plus bag re-use but they don't get a PP anymore

I presume that's what you were getting at?

Yep some people seemed to think that reusing a bag counts as 1 item, I guess you're saying that it has been tested recently by several people and 9 items + bag re-use does not count as 10 items?

Squilz, 2 items with the same barcode count as 1 item for both pp and apg.

It used to work, now it doesn't

if people want to continue testing it then that's great but just because it appears on PP does not mean it counts as 1 of the 10

    Hello Frequent,

Thank you for requesting your payment as a PayPal transfer.

Payment will be sent as follows:

    Amount: £64.52 :j ( TCB)

Just need a few £ more to get my fruit press :D

My wilko razor just turned up, says "frequent" :rotfl:

    Also got £10 off £70 and 5 x £7 off £70.

I'm not sure i could actually spend £70 in T, unless MSL come up with some top notch offers next week

Wackynut, Sorry about your dog. It's heartbreaking I know, but you just know it's for the best. Decisions like this will always hurt. Just think of all the goods times you've had with her. :A

Scamps I know this might be a silly question but have you hoovered out where the fan is. Ours played up like this about a year ago, kept shutting down as soon as switched on as fan cut out. I hoovered the vents and it has been working perfectly ever since.

It could be just debris caught in the fan stopping it from going round.

Unfortunately if you persevere using it bypassing any warning messaages while the fan is not working it can damage the hard drive.

Good luck with retrieving your photos. x

Scamps, it's a long shot but here's what I did with my laptop.
I had one that got stuck in a reboot circle (I think it was getting too hot) and it just couldn't get to the initial start up screen (or something to that effect). Basically it just wouldn't fire up. Fully charged it and still nadda, it was pretty bust :(
I was cursing at losing all my files so left it and forgot about it for ages.
I found it recently while tidying up and so whacked it back on charge and when it was done tried firing it up and it worked. We don't know if leaving it for a few months did the trick or not but I now have a fully functioning laptop again :j and the first thing I did was back everything up to disc :D

I know it probably doesn't help you :( just thought I'd share :)

Sounds just like a case of debris being caught in the fan and it overheating. Probably leaving it and maybe being tipped on it's side will have dislodged any dust etc.

Scamps, I see you are looking for a new Lappy. No advice from me on what to buy, however I would advise not to get windows 8. It's a terrible working system, rubbish in fact.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
