I am trying to get £300 back from Eon and its a slow tortuous process. The girl that replied to my emails - well you would think it was coming out of her bonus
I think I will go and have another attempt as its a few weeks since I heard from them.
I imagine though that there are quite a few people with big balances on their fuel accounts that they could ask to get refunded - some help towards re balancing the books when the coffers are low after the summer holiday and school uniform extravaganza:D

Does anyone know how they deliver ie Royal Mail or courier? 2 of my accounts are saying 'dispatched on 10/9' but postie has been and nothing delivered. I can't get into the other accounts as its not recognising my passwords. Not sure if that indicates I've been rumbled !
