To be fair, I sent in a receipt from T, that wasn't printed very well , and although it came back as unrecognised, the next day they credited my account :T

Wish msl would sort themselves out, the live help is gone, the offers have gone, my paypal account is hungry.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

SHOPITIZE! SHOPITIZE! SHOPITIZE! (think that will get the reps attention?)

It's now been 10 days since I submitted a claim via the app and I've heard nothing/claim is still "under review". Their rep can't accept PMs on here and they ignored me asking on the dedicated cashback thread

How long is normal to wait for a reply?

A couple of weeks ago I finally sent off my car registration documents to update our new address :o

The new documents arrived today. Lord knows how because the house number is wrong, the street name is mis-spelled and the postcode is wrong! :wall:
