It's now been 10 days since I submitted a claim via the app and I've heard nothing/claim is still "under review". Their rep can't accept PMs on here and they ignored me asking on the dedicated cashback thread

Have you contacted them on facebook? They are quite helpful over there.

My autistic son is heavily into Minecraft and quite an expert, he watches loads of tutorials on YouTube, concentrating hard and learning new stuff. Unlike his attention span for most other tasks in life.

Afternoon all. I am so thoroughly :eek::eek:
I'm a mag subscriber and got a phone call a month ago to take out 4 copies of Grazia for £1, blah blah. I normally just say no but i did this time. Then cancelled 21 days later. Just saw £35 taken out of my account. :eek:

when i called to ask why, she said it was up to me to cancel DD (despite me sending them an email, i never got a response from them. turns out they did send an email but i never received it.) The onus is on my to cancel DD.

So Im £35 lighter and so cross. Trying to find out who the MD/ sales director is so i can blast off a strongly worded email. Am fuming!!!
