we signed up for this deal and paid an up front line rental of £114. 2 weeks down the line still now b/b, called them about it and was told, no room in local exchange. was promised a refund within 28 days.. 7 weeks late no refund, called again and said refund in 14 days or going to small claims court, told by talk talk that that they have kept my d/d details and would refund in 10 days.. data protection issue, plus lied to by talktalk rep first time round.. about how to get refund..

do not use them is my advise.
